Politics. Negativity amongst certain employees

It is a rewarding job. The philosophy of the company is so good. The girls develop so many skills to be able to use in the real world. Once the girls have been here for a little time in most cases feel safe. The staff all care so much for girls overall process that I believe that is what makes them feel comfortable here. The most rewarding part is when a student leaves and comes back to visit and share with staff how thankful they are for how we helped them in their stay here.

Need better overall communication with staff and students.
