I feel more at home, more comfortable,and more supported than I ever have before. This employer genuinely cares for your growth, both professionally and personally. I have been here about a three years now, and I enjoy coming to work everyday.

Working for Spring Valley has been the best decision i've ever made, for myself, my family, my work-life balance, etc. This job is flexible and helps me be there for my child and family when needed. Working for this company has given me pride in what I do, an appreciation for life in all stages, and a sense of accomplishment. Management is always a phone call away and always there to help. The workplace culture at Spring Valley is more like family than work. The hardest part of my job is losing the patients after you grow close to them for so long, but knowing that you helped them live out the last days of their lives how they wanted, makes all the difference. The most enjoyable part of my job is meeting new patients and seeing them happy that someone is there to help them. They light up when they know we will meet them wherever they are at in their disease process.

Charting from home, working some weekends on charting and various scheduling things.
