The Leadership team truly cares about their patients and their staff, with safety being a top priority. It is a very positive environment where opinions matter and suggestions on how to make things better or more efficient are taken very seriously. They actually listen!!

Working at Spring Valley Hospital as a CNA has been a gratifying experience. The teamwork and support among staff are exceptional, and I genuinely feel valued and respected in my role. The hospital promotes a positive and inclusive work environment where patient care is always the top priority. Management is approachable and responsive, and there are many opportunities for learning and growth. I've had the chance to work alongside skilled nurses and healthcare professionals who are always willing to share knowledge and encourage professional development. Most importantly, I’m proud to be part of a facility that truly cares about its patients and their families. The compassion and dedication I see every day make me confident that I’m in the right place. I’m grateful to be part of the Spring Valley Hospital team!

At times, working with short staff can be challenging, especially when trying to provide the best care under pressure. Additionally, not having dedicated transportation support adds to the workload, making it harder to manage patient transfers efficiently.
