The work conditions were generally fine and conducive to completing the required tasks. The predictability and clear nature of the responsibilities made it a comfortable and manageable position, allowing for efficient execution of nightly duties without significant unexpected challenges.

Despite my familiarity with this specific type of work and extensive experience in the industry, I encountered significant issues regarding job expectations. I was unfortunately written up for not completing tasks that were demonstrably outside of my job description and direct contractual agreement. When I conscientiously chose not to agree to or sign this write-up, recognizing it as an unfair demand, my employment was subsequently terminated. This experience indicated a concerning disconnect between the established role responsibilities and management's expectations, leading to termination.
