Easy position, nice people, great CEO and Head of Marketing

Dysfunctional and a little disorganized

The staff at Springboard are really nice to work with. They are inclusive and welcome new staff whether permanent, part-time or contractors.

Parking in Linford Wood is a tiny issue but the team all double park to make space for everyone which does mean a car shuffle sometimes but it is not really a problem and not Springboards fault really! You get a sunshine break too!
