Most tech companies have high turn over and the staff stays very little time, PAR Springer-Miller is the exception to the rule with a dedicated staff that many stay years, long that any tech company I've worked for. I contribute this to the great management, great benefits and ability to be yourself without judgement. Great Health Insurance that usually starts immediately

High paced and fast moving, but that makes the challenges great.

It was a great job to start in software, definitely not easy but I never look for that so it was perfect as what I wanted was to travel and had a lot of experience in hospitality. At a majority, I loved this job and the people were great!

Svantaggi

I traveled 90% vs the 70% stated in the job description, which was not terrible at the time as traveling was what I wanted but it was exhausting. I did not feel at the time nor do I feel now in hindsight that there was much room for growth. Pay was too low for the job.

Good opportunities to learn about the hospitality industry. Some positions require a lot of travel which can be fun. Nice office. Flexible hours. Work from home is allowed for most positions. Very laid back office environment.

Svantaggi

Lack of clear company vision. A lot of organizational changes. The company is in transition and has unclear future. Low salaries! Salary reviews almost never happen even if promised so you better get everything in writing. Lack of management and HR support. No incentives, no bonuses. All this has caused low moral and lack of motivation among employees. Company culture doesn't really exist. Uneven distribution of work. Trainers/Installers/support work crazy hours while most developers/programmers and some managers do the bare minimum.
