Thank you for sharing and sorry to read of your experiences more recently whilst you have been with us for so many years. We want all our colleagues to continually feel supported and, for those who have been here for some time, to be clear about what we stand for and have support to develop and speak up with ideas to improve things. The calibre of our colleagues is extremely high and finding similarly skilled talent in the market is not always an easy task and can take a little longer than we would like.
