Horrific management. Healthcare group VP/SVPs level consistently publicly berate analysts in front of their peers, screaming at employees as to why they didn't find unobtainable research. Extremely low pay. No 401k/financial benefits. Sad, dull office. Extremely high turnover. Illegal business practices (recording phone calls without consent). No HR department at all, or any form of talent development practices. Expect constant cold calling in order to attempt to find information not available to the public, and data manipulation to present nonfactual results to clients.
