      Very lax environment no micro management

      Due to the lax environment, there is a lot of dead weight in the company. Nepotism is highly prevalent as well. No process or procedure improvements made, and the company is very antiquated in their day to day service practices.

      Springwise has a nice staff in office. Very polite. Pay is decent for what is expected of.

      Management is blood. Has poor structure for upper Management. No one seems to want to address issues with specific higher managers. Because owner doesn't want to believe it's happening.
