Great boss to work with

Hospital nursing staff could be better

Working here is tough, but if your boss is the right person you'll be fine. Heaven help you if your boss isn't great.

It's a difficult job in a difficult time to do work like this. My pay scale has been lousy but that's more to do with my place in the company then with the company itself.
