1. Terrible management. They keep hiring managers who don't change anything. They ask you how can I help you? and then ask you to fix the problem by yourself unless this is going to affect their numbers. No leadership at all. They are literally "here to manage, and just to manage" people rather than help the team, but the management skills don't exist either. 2. Some sales and CSM team leaders show no respect to their people and other teams. Very impolite. The concept "collaboration" doesn't exist in their mind. Some leaders doesn't even say hi to individuals even though you are physically in front of him/her. They talk to managers only.... 3. Sales sell the wrong product to the wrong clients and CSM is acceptable for churns...people are busy with attacking one another. 4. Work siloly. New process is never well shared across the teams...No transparency, no collaboration
