They will tell you that "people will never forget how you make them feel", they will tell you that they care for their employees but it's actually the exact opposite. If you join Sprinklr you will always live in the uncertainty of having the job tomorrow: they don't train you, you are left completely alone in your job and then they blame it all on you if you don't make money for them. Disgusting way of treating employees and toxic environment where everyone is set against everyone and when you become inconvenient for them they fire you. Worst experience ever.
