The Sprinklr platform is a real winner! The platform has many built in AI features that enrich the value of Sprinklr. With some of the leadership changes there is more structure to operate and Sprinklr is addressing some operational gaps in delivery and post sales success/support.

There's been lots of uncertainty in the last year in way of stability. with a change in leadership Sprinklr has been pivoting back and forth in their company strategy and how things are done. There are some needed changes that are being implemented for the better. The new CEO is stabilizing Sprinklrs direction. Sprinklr has historically delivered very poorly leading to lots of "saves". When Sprinklr get it right, its a very powerful partner
