4yWe take all feedback seriously and yours will be passed on to our leadership. The truth is that being a part of a rapidly growing company that is young and still building infrastructure is not for everyone. Hiring senior leaders for each area who have the ability to grow the business function as we rapidly expand is part of our strategy. We are continually developing and preparing others to move into the middle management roles. So while we have gaps, it is part of our strategy and value proposition that we realize causes some short term pain. With regard to nepotism among the top leaders, it appears you have been misinformed. None of our top leaders (Director and above) are related to each other. We actually have a policy in place to ensure this.
