1. spritle hires interns and expects them to work long hours while paying below market standards. At the same time, these interns are presented to clients as senior developers. 2. they did intentionally fear mongered us regarding AI and used that as a reason to give vey low to zero increment(they don't want to lose their profit, they are putting that loss in our head, while their pockets are filled) 3. no proper hr process. not sure why they are there. Also they are on the employer side as supposed to being employee side 4. very less seniors that you can learn from. spritle excepts very good candidates but they are not ready to pay the market standard. 5. you can enjoy benefits if you are friends with management 6. no proper working environment, frequent power cut, frequent internet down, no proper space 7. no proper recognition. they only give a certification and claps. for that we have to pay our sweat. and that too you have to be in their good books 8. if they say they will give increment after 3 months, get them as written email, else they might deny it and say it is 6 months not 3 months 9. they invest in multiple domain, mastering nothing. but they will market and project as expert. 10. they will expect you to work weekends even if the project is just starting. if we deny they will keep us in bad books 11. wfh is only for senior whenever they want, for them no questions asked. when we ask they say we have this that policy simply put they are che__ing clients and employees.
