Sprobe is a good company. It was a good company. Especially during the times that it looked out for its people. Employee Engagement Activities is the number one thing that attracted me to join Sprobe. They have all the programs for the employees like People’s Hour and the Clubs and the people are very loved and cared of by the company. I left the company because I can feel the change in management has damaged this pillar of Sprobe.

I am a past employee and that is the truth. But we the most can compare the difference between then and now especially if we know some people who are still in Sprobe. Apart from the Top Management no longer cares for the value of its people, there is also the issue of political claims (A manager is also under the influence of an employee whether a friend or they’re together whatever) but it has become very toxic. They don’t know that the incoming surge of resignation is because of this. Another issue is the closeness of people in Sprobe. It’s positive sometimes but it can be very damaging esp. with relationships. There are cases of third parties happening already and it is worrisome because it is happening within themselves only and it started and never ended (even if some already resigned daw) Maybe HR people can give orientation about Loyalty and Infidelity but then again that is a personal matter huehuehmmm. When I was in Sprobe/Sprasia, the only problem we had was a broken door. What now
