I would define SproutsIO as a small team always open to any new ideas. There are team building activities every week. One example of them is the team lunch. Every week a different member of the team would become a chef-for-a-day using the produce we grow. There is always a great sense of fulfillment when you get to taste what you grow. It is also a great way to get first-hand feedback and keep improving! Really supportive team, ready to help you at any time. They make sure you have all the right elements needed to do the tasks and, if that is not the case, they are willing to get new materials. Great and consistent company values. They have printed a values’ wall which define perfectly what the company is. The main ones are about listening to each other, challenging yourself, team work spirit and open to creativity. Great location and big office in Cambridge center. There are a lot of different healthy options to have lunch around. Great coffee!
