Sprung Instant Structures is a family based business over 121 years in the making... this really translates into an overall familial and familiar feeling between employees and top brass. We recently had our yearly sales meeting, which was spent 1/3 of the time learning, 1/3 on our own and 1/3 snowboarding and going to work functions. The sales process is a bit long, being that we sell structures that go for 50,000 dollars to a few million. It is easy to get discouraged when you haven't made a sale in seven months, and your boss is breathing down your neck! However, the management also understands our situation, so it really lies on our own shoulders to make it happen!
