Growing, Family/supportive culture, outstanding flexibility for life, dedication to high quality work. When I started there 4 and a half years ago, there were 12 FTE, including Partners. Now there are 25 FTE. Spry developed my technical and professional skills, including soft skills in presentation and client contact. Any reasonable request I had to accomodate my life or changes, Spry was willing and able to treat me as a person, and not as a "resource" or some other dehumanizing term. I was promoted and earned raises on pretty close to an annual basis. I really loved working at Spry. I am moving on because Spry invested in my personal growth to the point that it was a no brainer to accept my new position. I have nothing but outstanding things to say about each and every person working there and nearly all of the alums who came and left in my tenure. The culture is warm and supportive; if you like having a work family, Spry is an office you will enjoy working at.
