You may wear a lot of hats so if you are not open to being flexible, having some gray areas and jumping in when needed, this might not be the right fit for you.

The people there are very nice.

The leadership there is a disorganized mess. They are good about sending out surveys to ask for opinions but they don't apply the feedback they are given. They put people in management positions that don't know what they are doing, while leaving their employees in the dark. There is a huge disconnect between leadership and the rest of the company and managers don't share the same vision as upper leadership. No opportunities for growth. Managers don't listen to their employees.
