Our ultimate aim is to foster a work environment that is positive and supportive for all our Sprykees, and to that end, we are continuously providing our leaders with training and opportunities for growth through our People Innovation Partnering Team.
Based on our internal biweekly pulse surveys, we can find no evidence to support your allegation that our 5-star ratings are fake. Our most recent NPS score surpassed 8, and engagement levels of our Sprykees are sufficiently high to proactively portray Spryker positively.
Moreover, Glassdoor has implemented measures to ensure the authenticity of review content, such as allowing users to write only one review per year per company worked at and using unique technology filters and algorithms to detect fraudulent reviews. If any reviews were found to be fake, they would be removed immediately.
