      Office environment is overall positive. Software updates happen almost quarterly. Work from home days are a positive.

      Svantaggi

      Pay is well below industry average. Too few people performing some tasks results in delays. Communication is below sub-par. There seems to be a "clique" within the company - If you are not a part of that clique, expect difficulty moving up.

      Mediocre training and promises of support are lackluster at best. You are better off coming in at an entry level position so you have time to learn the overly complicated product and culture.

      Asking for help falls deaf ears. Management is more worried about their traveling than facilitating the day to day business that pay for it.
