Management (or lack there of), lack of diverse job opportunities (if you start as an SDR, your only real option is to go to BDR. You will be stuck in sales), benefits are starting to disappear, pay is not competitive (especially without some of the extra benefits that they are taking away), changes are enacted randomly and are expected to be followed without question,

Upper level management changes about every 6 months with little to no warning which changes the entire directory of the organization. If you are uncomfortable being uncomfortable it is not the place for you.
