Decent pay (but doesn’t compare to other tech companies) and unlimited PTO.

I would run, not walk, away from any opportunities to work at Square, especially in sales or enablement. Cons: no sales process exists and the leaders are all promoted from internal so no one actually knows how to build a sales process or lead sales for a rapidly scaling organization The head of enablement is completely detached from reality. He gives high level orders that have no strategic plans. This place is a sinking ship.

mid level people managers do care about their staff and employees and try to do their best with what they have.

Svantaggi

Upper level management changes about every 6 months with little to no warning which changes the entire directory of the organization. If you are uncomfortable being uncomfortable it is not the place for you.
