Good pay and excellent working conditions. Allowed to work remotely. Strong leadership that promotes empowerment to build and design company's product. Love the agile paradigm used to involve all personnel in there continuous delivery process. We are given the freedom to find the right balance that works for each individual. A respectful environment with complete transparency where you are invited regularly to share your feedbacks on management and production issues. What I like the most is the passion that all personnel shows and share for advances in technologies that helps product development. Handling very well the Covid measures by putting together a safe working environment.

Sometimes feedback from top management can be a little slow, but they always answer. Growing pains in first year, lots of changes and adaptations, but management managed to improve drastically their approach and improve production process with all of the teams collaborations.

- Highly competent software developers - 250$ credit towards a noise-canceling headset - Decent salary

- Malicious Higher Management (if you disagree with their opinion, you get ghosted or removed from meetings - happened to team leads and developers alike) - Higher Management often curses & is disrespectful to employees - Higher Management constantly pulling employees away from priority work to work on what is "fun" for them. - Higher Management is unreceptive to feedback and believes they always make the right choices while refusing to accept responsibility for their shortcomings. - Mixed roles and responsibilities (For example, one person was CTO & CEO) - Abysmal communication between higher management and development teams. Critical information was regularly hoarded and presented too late, never communicated or communicated in a way that didn't make sense to the teams.
