Coding practices and guidelines are present but enforced as per connivance 4. Work place is very noisy 5. You are expected to complete projects with unreasonable deadline and you are expected to work overtime to achieve these deadlines 6. Company rules can be changed at any time as per management's connivance 7. You are expected to answer all company phone calls even after working hours and at unreasonable timings 8. Lots of rules around office timings, attendance and daily updates, violation of any rule leads to Leave without pay. 9. You are expected to juggle between multiple projects quite regularly with unreasonable deadlines. 10. COVID was handled very poorly, the management wanted to resume office as soon as possible disregarding employee safety.
