Tries hard, but doesn't understand employee needs, discriminates unfairly - Recensione dipendente - Collections presso SquareTwo Financial

I resigned from my position with Fresh View Solutions 2 months ago as a call center rep. Very good people that work with you that I respect so it's hard to tear this place down. But the Management is so terrible, they derail progress and motivation and look to get you in trouble. They play favorites huge and it's a total unfair game unless you are well liked. I was one of the top performers there in terms of production and total calls/customers helped but it didn't matter. Had a ton of pride in my job but couldn't endorse an organization that I did not believe in. My direct manager did not have my back and it showed on a daily basis. I would proceed very cautiously even if you are unemployed working under this organization. I see they are hiring again and there is a reason for that. They also are not loyal and will get rid of you in a bulk layoff at any time depending on overall performance. The company also has a self-esteem problem as they beg you to write a god survey so they can be praised nationally. It appears as the other reviewer noticed that some of the reviews appear to be fake(from within) the organization and that doesn't surprise me at all.
