      Did not share the experience letter for a long time & after multiple requests for three weeks, shared the experience letter with a different role name. No respect for qualifications and skillset. HR & Management is very disorganized & unprofessional. Values only the development team to some extent.

      I had the opportunity to work on multiple applications. And had the opportunity to design and implement many complex systems from scratch

      Salary hike didn't happen even after 1.5 years at the company. And for that reason I moved on. I had to do so many overtime hours (countless) for the errors happened at the high level. Client requirement changess were take in to the account for the working version.
