FYI - if you're looking into a driver job, just realize that most passengers don't carry cash, and some don't tip at all -- which is odd because folks will easily tip an Uber driver $5 for taking them across town, but nothing for the shuttle driver that hauled them across the desert for 2-6 hours in the middle of the night?

- Professional - Flexible hours - Beautiful Scenery - Great People - Currently there is half pay for cancelled runs, and an extra $10 for washing and cleaning the vans.

- Although hours may be flexible, shifts are long. Since it is a driving job you can't get off work early, and you could get stuck in traffic. - Pay is not great for a driving job. It's a flat rate of $110 for a full run (Rexburg to SLC) and $55 for a half run (Rexburg to Malad) - Distance from main headquarters makes communication and enforcement of company policies difficult.
