I joined Stable Money in December 2025 as part of the Founder’s Office after taking a short career break. At this stage of my career, I wasn’t looking for comfort — I was looking for challenge and growth. Stable has delivered exactly that.
The learning curve is steep in the best possible way. You’re constantly exposed to new problems, new contexts, and cross-functional work. You’re expected to punch above your weight, but you’re also given the backing and support to do so.
One of the biggest positives is leadership transparency. Conversations are direct, expectations are clearly set, and there’s no beating around the bush. That clarity makes a huge difference.
The team is fast-moving, collaborative, and aligned on what we’re building. The office environment is energetic — constant action, big ideas, a lot of hard work, and just as much laughter. It’s a place where you’re pushed, but you grow.
