Healthcare, 401k, etc. Company has periodic fun events and brings out the in-n-out truck pretty regularly, among other little things. Your coworkers are the best part though.

There is no shortage of work and things stay fast-paced most of the time. If you're into the product, you might find it a positive, but if you find the product boring, it gets old and repetitive fast.
