Great product with strong market fit. A classic example of an agnostic backend software provider with broad TAM coverage, versatile use cases and clear demand from prospects. Supportive team and friendly colleagues. Plenty of learning opportunities, especially around integrations and API strategy. Excellent exposure, you’ll grow your HR Tech network quickly. Was sent to Washington within a month of joining. Engineering team is very fun and sociable.

Founders / leadership are fantastic - exceptionally talent, with real-long term vision, very driven, but also just extremely nice people.
