My friends and co-workers are always friendly, helpful and working hard. I always feel I can approach anyone in the company for advice, help or just to chat. Whenever I have ideas for improving anything I always get the chance to put it across and if it's valid I've always had the change to implement it. Then there are the benefits like free gym, parking, AMAZING free food & proper coffee! I've recently decided I wasn't doing what I really enjoyed and my skills weren't being used to their full. I spoke to my manager and we created a new role that would allow me to apply my skills in a better way to help both me and the company. It was easy and I didn't feel worried the whole time it wouldn't be resolved.

I can't think of anything currently that I think is negative.

It has been more than 3 years in this company and each day has been a great learning experience and enjoying work. They understand your problems on professional and personal level both. Looking forward for more successful years with the organization
