-Grind culture is huge here and it can be fun sometimes because it's fast paced and challenging but its not uncommon to feel like you are constantly behind and unable to catch up or catch your breath. -Constant bugs in the data which makes it difficult for account managers to do our job. Just creates a lot more work and inefficienies. -4 days in office can be rough and they're very strict about the boundaries with expensive parking every day. - Senior Management is pretty tone-deaf. We were all told productivity is down when we were all working 12-15 hour days during Prime Day... -They work on innovating new tools when their current tools continually have issues and could be improved. -In general churn is high and people get burnt out here. If you want to work here, you'll enjoy it until you've been fully ramped and you're given way too much on your plate for any one person to handle. -There not a lot of communication between the sales team and the teams who are actually getting scoped for the work. You get contracts and immediately have to figure out how you're going to be able to fit the work in to your schedule.
