- Senior leadership has no clue about what they are doing, basically using AI to make decisions, without even hiding it. - C-Level is non existent: A CEO that is also a CPO, a CFO that is also a CRO, founder that is CMO, it's chaotic and the state of the company shows it. There is a reason why experience matters and “wearing multiple hats” is only cool when you’re an early stage start up - NA is a complete chaos. Leadership is all over the place with their “corporate way of living”, with a leader that is misogynist and swears at any chance he has. Because he is the loudest in any room, people are afraid of him and the company follows his direction. It’s basically giving the money to the bully at school - Saxony based employees are clearly favoured, despite the fact that most of them have never worked in another company before. The company is ran by people who have no experience beyond Staffbase - This results in a non competitive product, a confusing pricing proposition, overpaid and unmonitored sales reps and chaotic central function
