Better workflow management to handle peaks

Stags are by far the best agency I’ve worked for in my 15 year career. Currently working my notice (leaving due to health.) Genuinely the most supportive company and they genuinely care about their staff and customers. They’ve been unbelievably understanding and accommodating and am genuinely sad to be leaving such a wonderful company. Their training is great Not the typical high pressure / heavily target environment Upper management and Partners actually do the every day job we’re doing so are happy to help. Healthy team environment between sales and lettings

Maybe pay but that’s not the company just the area (West Country) compared to other areas in the south I have worked.
