From day one in my time at Stake I was impressed by the hunger for success that permeates the organisation. There's a palpable energy; a drive to excel. One of the things I really liked is the support that colleagues provide for each other. Whether it's brainstorming ideas or celebrating wins, there's a genuine sense of camaraderie at Stake. No idea is a bad idea. The dedication displayed by most people at Stake is pretty inspiring and says a lot about the company. Lots of people aren't just punching the clock; they're passionate about their work and give their best each day. This commitment sets the bar high. The perks are good at Stake too, with a great L&D budget per person, a wellbeing allowance, plus the chance to accrue extra leave by going into the office more.
