The three managers will roast and grill you badly if you are one of those employees who make things tough for them. 4. Honestly, the scene doesn't get better until you cross the probation period (3-6 months, depending on the managers). 5. The managers have no mercy for new employees. Honestly, I love the company because they have a good overall ecosystem. But, you'll need to have a its-okay-i-dont-care-what-they-say attitude and do your work within time to avoid getting depressed.
