These managers have absolutely no clue about the industry. If you want to really want to learn then never join this company as a content writer. The next move of the management is to hire "INTERS" pay them even less than a brick-layers salary and make them do a lot of content writing work. So, INTERS please save yourselves do not join. There are massive layoffs for more money. But the company is not making any money. Please check online for Stan Venture's working capital. It is hardly 4Lac. For this suspicious reason, all banks have delisted this company. So you won’t get any loans or EMI if you work for this company. CEO: He is simply there to talk pseudo nonsense motivational talk which will make you laugh. He'll make lofty promises about bonuses, promotions and all, but no employee have received any bonus or promotions from past 3 years. He is as insignificant as the company. If you really care about your career, sanity and physical health, please , please do not join this organisation as a content writer, content intern or for that matter for any position.
