Excellent management team. Rewards effort willingly. Responsive to concerns and cares about the individual.

Could use some technology upgrades.

I have worked here for well over 10 years & have watched the company grow steadily every year. I have found it to have the best work/life balance of any other company. Great family environment. When you walk out the door, work is left here...and you are encouraged to walk out the door at closing time. Management really does care about its employees. If you have a good work ethic & come to work with a positive attitude every day, you are rewarded for it. You take care of them, they will take care of you! Management goes out of its way to work with employees that they hire and aren't the right fit in one position by moving them within the company to another position. If an employee doesn't show up to work or thinks that just showing up is enough, it's hard to work with that! I've watched many employees advance within the company and stay here for many many years. Several have even left & come back...never burn bridges! Management really appreciates their employees & when employees leave to go somewhere else, they quickly realize how good they had it. Meals are often cooked onsite (yes, there is an amazing full kitchen) by upper management for employees. Meals are brought in. Gifts are given to employees for birthdays & other occasions. The holidays are amazing here, especially the Christmas parties. They really show their employees how much they appreciate them there. Nobody loves having to work every day, but I do love my job & the people I work with and for.

I can't really think of any. Maybe if you are looking for corporate America, this isn't the place for you.
