MCD: underpaid, poor management, high turnover - Recensione dipendente - Development Coordinator presso Stanford University

Much of the Medical Center Development (MCD) management makes employees feel as if they should be honored to work at Stanford. There is an air of elitism, especially around the concept that they are fundraising for the good of the people. Even though they are underpaid and worked under unreal expectations, there seems to be disbelief that employees are leaving for other opportunities. The toxic environment of MCD inevitably leads to high turnover.
