Poor pay and poor work diversity. Leadership doesn't seem to care to nourish growth and take advantage of individual talents. You become more of a strict role and there is absolutely no potential for growth or advancement. They prefer to do outside hires to fill higher positions rather than promote from within. You will be constantly undervalued and underchallenged. They try to be like AECOM (trainings even mention the comparison) but fail to deliver. They do more buyouts than focus on employee retention.
