Vantaggi

Salary is OK but benefits are not even slightly competitive. No bonuses too.

Svantaggi

This company sells you a dream during the interview — all about collaboration, values, and career growth — but the reality is far from it. They lay off people without competitive separation pay, and to make it worse, you won’t receive anything if you secure a new job before their “provided” end date. It's a cruel double-edged sword: either stay unemployed just to get a small separation, or move on quickly and get nothing. Their systems are outdated, slow, and not built for productivity. They still use Remote Desktop instead of modern cloud-based tools like SharePoint — and the performance is frustratingly bad. The company culture is stuck in the past, dominated by old-school engineers resistant to innovation. As for the workload, it's brutal. You're expected to finish complex tasks under unrealistic timelines and low budgets, a classic flaw in consulting setups. Management doesn’t care about your wellbeing — their only priority is pleasing the client, even if it means burning out their people. Honestly, avoid this company unless you’re okay being treated like a disposable robot. There’s no real support, no transparency, and no future here. Don’t be fooled by the nice words. Protect your sanity.

Vantaggi

You will be working with great minds. People have their niches expertise and it’s wonderful to learn from them. Very professional and respectful behavior. Doesn’t feel like other consulting firms where you’re worked like a dog.

Svantaggi

Sometimes it’s hard to build consistent work because people tend to hold on to their projects rather than transferring to junior staff and it’s mainly because the pressure to be billable is high.
