      Bonus scheme, team work, incentives

      Svantaggi

      Management make decisions at short notice and communicate them badly. Constantly changing bonus structure and goal posts pretty much to make it unattainable. Little chance for progression and no support to move forward. No flexibility on hours. No opportunities to learn.
