As much as I hate to say it, I can't in good faith recommend anyone work here anymore. I've been with Star and in the industry for years, around 2020 is when things started to shift for the worse. Year after year, countless decisions from upper management have driven a place I once enjoyed into the ground. I never thought I would have left Star but much like the CEO the light in my eyes has gone out. I am able to reflect back now and realize I should have left long ago for my own wellbeing. I would cry every Sunday evening for the last 2 years. I couldn't imaging some of the things that our so-called "people and culture" team would stand for. They don't care what is in the best interest of the company. To simplify, I will say they are purposely causing drama to justify their own employment, at complete despair of the employees, and company as a whole.
