Can’t say anything bad about it

The people in the office are nice sometimes ….lol

By day two, I realized I was being paid significantly less than many of my coworkers. * The work-life balance is poor. Working three weekends a month is presented as optional, but it’s basically mandatory. * Work-from-home is advertised, but you have to wait 90 days and then still “earn” the privilege. * Management is difficult to reach and often unavailable when you need help. * Employees are told they’re empowered to solve customer issues, but discounts are tracked and held against you. * You’re told scripts aren’t required, but you’re still graded and criticized if you don’t say exactly what they want. * The turnover rate is extremely high, and new hires are constantly coming in. * Once training ended and we entered the nesting phase, we were pretty much thrown to the wolves. * Training was very long, repetitive, and didn’t feel like it properly prepared us. It almost felt like 5 weeks of company glazing only to be dropped into a lake of fire 3 weeks later. *promised commission is literally nickels and dimes
