It's really hard to work at this company when you're senior manager level and below. AVP and higher, it's fine because you just blame your direct reports. Most organizations are a pyramid structure with a good foundation, but you can think of this organization like an inverted pyramid. There are more upper management people, than people who actually do the operations. As a bottom feeder, you get constantly blamed by upper management for not doing your job well and project delays.
