-diversified product line -solid brand reputation -leadership is thoughtful in decision making -willing to hear employee feedback -consider making changes on the feedback they receive -culture is caring/reasonable -good work/life balance

-not the highest paying manufacturer

-friendly and willing to help across all departments -everyone seems to be driven, motivated, and prompt with their responsibilities (huge positive for me to be surrounded by hard-working and driven people) -you can find just about every resource you need to complete tasks within the internal resources database (huge positive for me as I like to be able to figure things out on my own before having to pull time from others for help) -benefits are very good! -pay is pretty solid -they have a lot of thoughtful systems in place that many companies don't think about; you can tell that there has been a lot of thought that has gone into a lot of the decision making for how this company operates.

-pay is ball-park competitive but has a reputation of being on the lower end of the scale for similar roles at similar tech manufacturing companies; overall though, I wouldn't discount this company for the slightly lower pay, as the benefits and culture within the company are really great. -there are some manual processes that exist that can be made more efficient and allow for better visibility across teams; but this is made up for with the high caliber of talent that exists within the company.
