StarTech.com has grown tremendously over the last 10 years and experienced the same pains as any company that goes through high growth. Through it all, they always maintain a clear view to the customer experience AND the employee's ability to balance their professional development with their personal life. The strain of the pandemic is challenging for all. And the Senior Leadership team has maintained a solid focus on business continuity, but unfortunately making some rather tough decisions along the way.
