Constantly changing standards from upper management, lack of communication, refusal to promote from within and only hire outside hires, leave inside promotions in limbo for a year+ while hiring from outside, allowing managers to over hire then force employees to other stores, not allow short staffed managers to hire new employees as other stores hired too many, not giving communication for upcoming promotions, not communicating expectations correctly, not following up with stores to make sure standards are met, not enforcing all policies at all stores
